About Khairul Adli

A dedicated training professional with over 20 years of experience in the Brunei public service, having served across Operations and Analyst functions before being assigned to the Learning & Development Unit in 2018, where he managed, developed, and delivered in-house training programmes for departmental officers — giving him deep, first-hand understanding of the civil service training culture and its developmental priorities.

Driven by a strong personal passion for training and development, he has continuously invested in his own professional growth through self-initiated training both locally and abroad, reflecting a genuine commitment to transformation — not only of himself, but of the colleagues and officers he has mentored, having contributed to the development of skilled officers and subject matter experts within his organisation.

He now brings this civil service training foundation together with specialised expertise as a Certified Professional Image Consultant (CPIC), NLP Master Practitioner, and STIFIn Promoter, and is the Founder & CEO of Impak Academy Training & Consultation — a Brunei-based practice specialising in Professional Image, Grooming, and Communication Skills, aligned with Brunei's Wawasan 2035 human capital development agenda.
